Emotional Wellbeing
Are you exploring mental health and emotional wellbeing in your classroom? Why not take your pupils on a unique and immersive journey that helps them understand and manage anxiety in a completely new way? Students will be transported to calming, awe-inspiring environments from peaceful waterfalls and ocean scenes to the quiet stillness of the rainforest, designed to create relaxation and reflection.
In this fully facilitated workshop, students will learn what anxiety is, how it affects the body and mind, and most importantly, how to manage it. Using age-appropriate explanations and guided mindfulness strategies, this workshop will combine immersive VR with practical, emotional wellbeing tools.
This workshop supports the PSHE curriculum, emotional wellbeing targets, and whole school mental health initiatives.

VR Days in Action
A Virtual Reality Workshop
Our VR days typically include between 4-6 classes, with workshops lasting 30-45 minutes each.
Build a bespoke day for your school by choosing a different workshop for each class.
Each workshop can include up to 32 pupils (sharing one headset between two)
We require one classroom or space (with access to tables and chairs) as a base for the day.
